At Meta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware devices and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Meta account, navigate to your Order History, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your device, including all original cables, controllers, and manuals, into the original box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
